Do They Deliver?? Like To Your Job Or House??
So delicious!! Absolutely amazing!! Not cheap, but well worth the money!! Great environment, I was surprised to see happy smiling faces from the moment I walked in. You can tell these men and ladies really care about their job and this place, the service was great. I will definitely be back to try their sushi!!
MoreThe food was great. Service was polite and super quick. Mellow atmosphere. I loved this place.
MoreI highly recommend the samauri deep fried roll, especially if youβre not a big fan of sushi. It was very delicious! Presentation was superior!! The kids menu was a little lacking in options. But they do have high chairs and they are kid friendly!
MoreThis place is sooooo good. Prices are reasonable and the food is worth ever penny. This is authentic hibachi, just not cooked in front of you. Though the building looks small (it's an old Pizza Hut), there is quite a bit of seating available. There is more than adequate parking and the restaurant is located right on US 33. Highly recommended.
MorePros: The food tasted great! We had several sushi rolls and soups that we enjoyed (Wanton Soup). The service was awesome! Shirley was our waitress; she was energetic and lively. Cons: The bathrooms were atrocious. Overall, a good place to eat with friends and family. An affordable place to get Hibachi without the show.
MoreIf your looking for a place that has good food this is it but if you want great customer service then this place lacks it. I personally don't care as much about servers constantly at my table bothering me I care more about the taste and quality of my meal and I definitely will eat here again. Also prices are reasonable!
MoreThis is not the typical sushi, Japanese places I'm used to but I'm not sure exactly what to expect in Elkhart, IN. This place came recommmended. This is a converted Pizza Hut, it still smells a little like a Pizza Hut but once you get past that you get to try deep fried sushi. The portions of food is huge for those that like a bargain. Again not your traditional hibachi because they cook it in the back but it taste just the same. The prices are good, the food taste great.
MoreWas a nice surprise inside the former pizza hut. The interior reminds you of various Japanese restaurants I have been in and is clean, neat and spacious. The hibachi entrees were all good with the chicken being tender and my shrimp on the imperial dinner was excellent. Others in the party also got hibachi meals and no one had issues or were disappointed. Both my daughters ordered sushi and liked it. I also had red snapper nigiri and it was quite good. They don't cook in front of you but you can easily see the chef making the hibachi meals in the kitchen. They also have a sushi bar you can sit at. Will definitely return. Glad they added this option to the Goshen dining scene.
MoreThe Hibachi New York Strip with vegetables and lo mien was delicious. Prompt and friendly service. Dinner came with tossed salad and onion soup. Fair price as well. Had a great evening.
MoreThis place has the best shushi in Elkhart. Good prices as well.
We arrived for lunch and were immediately greeted at the door. The food was served as soon as it was done, so everything was the proper temperature. The photos online looked super impressive, which is why we came here. Our food was good, just not as spectacular as the online pictures. We had gyoza, tempura shrimp and veggies, onion soup, California roll and a Christmas roll. Our waitress was kind and efficient. Their seating is nothing special, and this is not a lingering kind of place. The bathrooms could use a good cleaning and were well worn. Even though our food was good, we probably would not come here again.
MoreI've been here twice and the food has always been spot on. The start to your meal is "typical" hibachi food: salad with ginger dressing and soup (onion broth or miso). They are both delicious. The rest of the menu is huge. There's a nice selection of sushi (the specialty rolls are a tad pricey, but really good). The entrees are delicious. I recommend getting the noodles on the side instead if rice because this last time I got fried rice and noodles (which may have been a mistake... but it was great). My only 2 complaints are: 1)is that the restaurant can feel cramped if it's even 2/3-3/4 full (maybe the tables are just too close together) 2) they ask how you like your steak, but it always seems to come out medium- well or above.
MoreMiso Japan in Goshen, IN is a popular "find" among residents. It is easy-to-find: located at the northwest corner of the Pike Street(US33) and Third Street(Indiana rt 15) intersection adjacent to the overpass. This is my daughter's favorite local restaurant- in fact, we were here celebrating her recent grade card! She gets sushi and a side order of dumplings. They also have Japanese-inspired standbys like bento boxes as well as entrees in seafood, chocken, beef, and pork varieties. The food arrived so rapidly that it almost beat us to the table from washing our hands! Hot and delicious for the warm items, and cool, but not cold, for the sushi, as one wants, and deliciously fresh. The only reason I assigned four stars instead of five is that the rest room facilities are a bit spartan, at least for the men's room. Everything works, but is cozy and in need of a redo.
MoreHonestly my favorite restaurant in Goshen, I have yet to meet someone who doesn't love the food!
MoreThe rolls are good and the food was good. Typical Japanese hibachi restaurant. It doesn't wow, but it satisfies the craving. I'll definitely eat here again and recommend it to my friends.
